Our garden plan for 2012
(Click on pic to enlarge)
Sophia and Trey have collated everyone's ideas and drawn up this plan.
They have kept in mind our bees and chickens and have utilised our existing space for conventional plantings.
These particular vegetables have been chosen as they like our climate, are popular for all to eat and most are continuous harvesting, which the children learnt about last year.
New plans are afoot however and there are wonderful ideas for wild and wacky new planting areas.
The children are really looking forward to spring/summer, we are ALL looking forward to warmer weather!
Welcome to our Blog.

  1. Great landscape design! Good job!
What variety of lavender are you planning to plant? Economic lesson: how much is one ounce of lavender oil selling for on the world commodity market? (you will be astounded).
Did you know Tasmania is one of the largest lavender oil producers in the world?
